TAX
Service rates and fees, within lexifone.com website, shall be exclusive of any taxes or value added tax (VAT).
Monthly payments are to be made automatically. The amount paid to Lexifone shall be withdrawn based on the rates shown on the website on the day of the purchase. Service rates are subject to be changed periodically at the discretion of lexifone.com and its operators. Customers and users are encouraged to review the rates of all services prior to joining a new subscription payment plan for such service.
Customers and users can only be subscribed to one subscription plan at a time.
In case of a change from one subscription plan to another, the remaining balance shall be deleted and will not transfer to the new subscription plan.
In case of a change from any subscription plan to the pre-pay plan, the remaining balance shall transfer to the pre-pay plan under the pre-pay rates on the same day.
In case a user simply cancels a subscription plan, it will not be renewed at the end of the month. At the end of the month, the remaining balance, if any, will transfer to the pre-pay plan under the pre-pay rates.

Customers and users with a monthly subscription plan who ask for a refund, will simply have their subscription canceled at the end of the month, however they will not be refunded for their current month. Customer or users who bought a "CallMe" access number and ask for a refund will simply have their subscription canceled at the end of the month, however they will not be refunded for their current month. Customers and users are asked not to repeatedly request refunds or an investigation into abuse of services shall be initiated and no further refunds may be honored to that customer or user. If any free credit was given to user by Lexifone, it will not be refunded.
Processing Errors. If there is an error in the processing of any transaction, you authorize us to debit or credit your Payment Account or Bank Account, as applicable, to correct such error. If we are unable to debit the Bank Account you select for any reason, you authorize us to resubmit the debit, plus any applicable fees, to any other Bank Account or payment instrument that you have on file with us.
Lexifone uses a diverse range of information, text, photographs, designs, graphics, images and other Materials and effects within the site. Users are prohibited from data mining, scraping, crawling, or using any process that sends automated queries to or from the site.
Users not use Lexifone or its site to compile a collection of listings, including a competing list for products or services. Users may not use the site or any of its Materials for any unsolicited commercial e-mail listings and is strictly a violation of usage terms. Users are not being granted a license under any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights in the Materials or the products, services, processes or technology described therein. All such rights are retained by Lexifone only.
Lexifone is governed and follows all applicable laws enforced by the State of Israel. Any unauthorized or prohibited use of Materials may subject the user to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable federal and state laws.
