No good having a great knife if you don’t know what to do with it.

use your muscle too break those tiny wood, in survival scenario sharp things is so important so use them wisely, dont be a pussy, and btw knife is mainly used in survival to make tool and weapon so you can get food, protect yourself, and even trap animal

I recently bought a knife by manly Bulgaria, called a blaze, it’s not very high end but it only cost me £60 which is very good for the quality of the knife. If your looking for a mora alternative I would recommend

I don't agree with batone wood only 2" inches, to avoid blade damage. Everytime you work with knifes, you will "damage" the blade. You can also batone bigger wood without damage the blade. Especially with Swedish products :D they not fulltang, and .... bla bla bla I know but it doesnt matter for Bushcraft. I tested the knife hardly, and also bought a new one, but i batoned stone with this too. And the "Companion" is a Beast! Best and cheapest Knife you can buy for this strength. But if you go for a lot of bigger trees everbody knows you need a bigger knife. Good video btw

Good point about knives as there is no magic knife grind as long as it is sharp.
